Novelis and NICE partners of the CX Paris All Verticals event

Novelis and its partner NICE will be present on Tuesday December 6th at Verso Victoire for the CX Paris All Verticals.  

This edition will focus on the experience economy and will highlight the different levels of maturity in customer experience within different industries: banking, insurance, retail, BtoB, public services, luxury, automotive, energy… The most advanced in customer experience will share their feedback in a very vertical approach. Many brands and experts in their fields will be present to discuss and analyze the best practices (or not!) that make the difference in customer interactions. 

In this approach, Julien Daiguemorte, RPA Consultant at Novelis and Alexandre Orsini, Channel Sales Executive at NICE, will lead a workshop at 10:30 am on the topic “Compliance and customer relationship: how to transform a limitation into an opportunity?”
