Ces objectifs doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9alistes et mesurables, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 pouvoir \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour \u00e9valuer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de votre SLA.
