As a member of the Novelis Sales Team, the Account Executive is responsible for selling Novelis value proposition into a defined territory in the US/Canada. We expect you to use your prospecting, sales, negotiation, and leadership skills to effectively sell our offerings into leading companies in order to meet and exceed your yearly sales target. You must possess a “hunter/closer” mentality with a proven track record of success within a value-driven sales model.

What You Will Do:
Achieving sales growth, and account penetration within the assigned territory.
Selling both directly and engaging closely with strategic partners
Manages accounts throughout the sales process, and collaborates with marketing, presales, delivery to uncover all customer needs.
when required, travels to customer sites to identify/develop sales opportunities.
Development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
Customer presentation with C-levels, to negotiate and close deals
Liaises with customer contacts to manage the customer relationship and to identify new upsell opportunities.

5+ years’ experience growing pipeline and selling enterprise solutions to C-Level.
a track record of success and quota attainment in consultative sales environments.
Outstanding communication skills – written and oral including strong presentation skills.
Self-motivated and autonomous
Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills.
Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts
Additional Skills: Knowledge of process efficiency challenges, Smart automation, RPA, OCR preferred.
