General responsibilities
As a bilingual French/English Business Engineer your missions will be :
- Take part in the operational implementation of the company’s commercial strategy
- Take part in the construction and formalization of offers
- Be an actor in the prospecting and loyalty activities of target partners
- Reporting to the hierarchy
- Be able to conduct sales and presentation conversations in English in a fluid manner
- Provide data to internal tools
- This list is not limited and can be adapted according to the profile.
You will be working with people from very different backgrounds: from experienced operational managers to young consultants who have just joined the company.
You will have, within the framework of your activity, access to strategic information, which requires from you an excellent level of confidentiality.
Recruitment process
A fast and simplified recruitment process in 3 steps:
- An initial discussion with a recruitment manager
- An interview with a member of the Business team
- A final interview with our CEO with who you can talk about your career ambitions at Novelis and get a global vision of the group
Required profile
You have a higher education in sales (Bac +4/5) with a knowledge of the IT ecosystem.
You have a taste for challenges and are rigorous and tenacious.
You have a strong commercial spirit and are able to make proposals.
