Accounting and Administrative Management Assistant M/F
In a context of strong growth, your mission will consist of managing the accounting, HR and administrative aspects of the firm in conjunction with the support function teams.
As such, the missions of the position are the following:
HR administrative management (monitoring of employee activities, training, absences, expense reports, travel, onboarding, centralization of variable payroll elements, relationship with the accounting firm)
Customer and supplier invoicing (management of purchases and relations with suppliers, monitoring of cash receipts and disbursements and closing with the accounting firm, customer reminders)
Commercial support (administrative follow-up of client and subcontractor contracts, preparation and follow-up of mission orders)
Administrative management of the firm (ordering supplies, managing service providers, reception, etc.)
Support to consultants in the good execution of their missions
Organization of internal events with the management and communication teams (preparation of meetings and seminars).
This non-exhaustive list can be adapted according to the profile.
You will be working with people from very different backgrounds: from experienced operational managers to young consultants who have just joined the company.
You will have, within the framework of your activity, access to strategic information, which requires from you an excellent level of confidentiality.

You have obtained a BTS in Business Administration, Accounting and Management or equivalent, and are looking for a work-study program to prepare your Bachelor’s degree (bac+3).
Your rigor, your commitment, your interpersonal skills will allow you to flourish in this position.
You master the office automation tools of the Pack Office.
Your main qualities: a great sense of organization, an ability to listen and understand in order to analyze a problem and provide a quick and effective solution.
Apprenticeship position based in Paris 12ème, starting as soon as possible.
