General responsibilities
To strengthen our Data team we are recruiting a Data Analyst for a player in the scientific culture. The different departments need to set up dashboards presenting different indicators.
As a Data Analyst, your missions will be :
- Support the IT department and the business lines in building, enhancing and maintaining a business intelligence database
- Work with the business to identify areas for analysis
- Implementing the associated data visualisation to draw conclusions
- Building a 360° vision of customer knowledge, from prospecting to sales
Recruitment process
A fast and simplified recruitment process in 3 steps:
- An initial discussion with a recruitment manager
- A technical interview to challenge your skills
- A final interview with a member of the Business team with whom you can talk about your career ambitions at Novelis and get a global vision of the group
Required profile
Some operational skills:
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Technical skills on : Talend, SAS, SQL Server, Power BI
But above all, great human qualities:
- You have good interpersonal skills that allow you to interact with the business and to simplify technical issues.
- You are capable of providing a coherent and strutured vision of the company’s activities.
