General responsibilities
Reporting to the Agency Manager, you will participate in the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to the integration of consultants.
- Implement the sourcing strategy using all existing tools (job boards and LinkedIn) to find suitable profiles.
- Carry out the pre-qualifications by phone.
- Carry out face-to-face or video interviews
- Follow the entire recruitment process in close collaboration with the operational staff.
- Write and distribute advertisements.
- Provide visibility on your activity: KPI illustrating the progress of your research and contacts, market vision to implement action levers.
- Participate in the on-boarding of new employees
- Participate in school relations activities.
- HR and payroll administrative management
- HR management of employees

Required profile
Some operational skills :
- Master’s degree in HR
- First experience in recruitment for digital and tech related positions
- Ability to write and speak fluently
