General responsabilities
Your main tasks will be to:
- Define and define user requirements
- Monitor project progress in conjunction with internal teams and the customer
- Lead functional scoping workshops, advise and guide customers
- Participate in change management
You will combine sector expertise with a mastery of digital technologies and innovations, on projects concerning:
- Strategy, innovation and digital transformation
- Operational performance and digitization of customer paths and business processes
- Management and implementation of business regulations
- Change management support
Qualities required to succeed in this role:
- With a business school or engineering degree, you have significant experience in the role of functional analyst in a variety of contexts
- You have a good knowledge of IT management applications based on classic architectures: GUI/BDD/Rules Engine/Data flow
- Proficiency in Excel
- You also have the ability to analyze, synthesize and draft documents, combined with a good level of English

Customer Requirements Studies
Depending on the team’s workload and skills coverage, you may be asked to contribute to different types of activities
- Analyze business requirements
- Translate requirements into general functional specifications
- Validate detailed functional specifications
- Drawing up the acceptance strategy for the functional scope concerned
- Solution construction
- Validate and/or carry out application impact studies and costing
- Produce Detailed Functional Specifications based on General Functional Specifications. These specifications must take account of our applications’ operability constraints
- Coordinate and control the development phase
- Estimate acceptance workloads and constraints within the scope of our expertise
- Organize, prepare, carry out or commission acceptance tests
- Draft specific acceptance documents
Deployment
- Take charge of the integration of deliveries to partner establishments, from preparation to installation on approval environments, right through to production launch
- Assisting site acceptance teams during approval phases
- Please note: work outside working hours (nights and/or weekends) is possible for production start-ups
Support
- Handle validation, homologation and production incidents via the Jira tool, from analysis to resolution, providing a workaround/palliative solution if possible
- Apply an industrial incident management process
- Communicate on progress
🛠️ Your technical skills
- Practical experience of agile methods and of dividing projects into Features and Users Stories, if possible using the Jira tool
- Knowledge of API, real-time process or GUI testing tools (Postman, Cucumber, Selenium, XRay, etc.) and associated automation
- Knowledge of the Linux environment (user)

You act as the interface between the business and IT. Your role is to understand the business needs and facilitate their integration into the company’s information system.

Required profile
You have a Master’s degree (or equivalent) from an engineering or business school, and three to five years’ professional experience in application analysis and design. You have excellent communication skills and are able to analyze and summarize. A good level of English is required.
