Your main responsibilities will include:

• Defining and specifying user needs

• Monitoring project progress in collaboration with the MOE (Method of Execution) and the client
• Conducting functional framing workshops, advising and guiding clients

Roles and Responsibilities

You will be involved in the following activities:

• Framing existing situations and needs with MOA (Method of Analysis) and MOE (Method of Execution)
• Organizing and facilitating workgroups
• Analyzing needs and drafting general functional specifications
• Monitoring the quality of deliverables produced by MOE
• Analyzing bugs and tracking corrective actions
• Reporting to the project manager

Required Skills to Succeed in This Role

Your skills:

• With a background in computer science, you have significant experience as a functional analyst in various contexts.
• You have a good understanding of management information systems on classical architectures: GUI/DB/Rule Engine/Data Flows.
• Knowledge of relational data models and the ability to query data through SQL queries is highly appreciated.
• You also possess analytical and synthesis skills, along with a command of English.

Client Needs Analysis

Depending on the workload and the coverage of the team’s skills, you may contribute to various activities, such as:

• Analyzing business needs
• Translating needs into general functional specifications
• Validating detailed functional specifications
• Developing the testing strategy for the impacted functional scope
• Assisting users and providing training, as well as maintaining the functional documentation base

Solution Development

• Validating and/or conducting impact studies on applications and estimations
• Creating detailed functional specifications based on general functional specifications. These specifications should consider the operational constraints of our applications
• Coordinating and controlling the development phase
• Estimating the workload and testing constraints in areas of expertise
• Organizing, preparing, conducting, or supervising the testing phase
• Writing specific testing documents

Deployment

• Managing the integration of deliveries with partner establishments, from preparation to installation in the testing environments and up to production
• Assisting establishment testing teams during the approval phases
• Note: Work outside regular business hours (nights and/or weekends) may be required for production releases

Support

• Handling validation, approval, and production incidents through Jira, from analysis to resolution, providing possible workarounds or alternative solutions
• Implementing an industrial incident management process
• Communicating progress updates

🛠️ Technical Skills:

• Agile methods and project breakdown into features and user stories, preferably using Jira
• Familiarity with API testing tools, real-time processes, or UI (Postman, Cucumber, Selenium, XRay, etc.) and associated automation
• Knowledge of the Linux environment (user)
