Mehdi Nafe is the CEO and Co-founder of Novelis Group. Trained as an engineer and project manager, he has worked mainly in the management of projects and programs around digital transformation. Today, he positions Novelis on innovative projects involving technologies and approaches such as artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, OCR or Process Intelligence. The ambition is to better address the business challenges of organizations.

Walid Dahhane is the CTO and Co-founder of Novelis. He is an IS urban planner, a specialist in microservices and Smart Automation architectures and a doctor in AI & NLP. With a background in systems & networks and software quality in engineering careers, he assists organisations throughout their digital transformation trajectory. He is in charge of the IS Urbanisation and Cybersecurity offer within Novelis and manages the activities around the business solutions developed within the company.

Partner at Novelis, Olivier Chosson actively participates in the growth of the firm through his operational and strategic actions in the commercial, partnership and managerial fields. He makes it a priority to be available and to accompany all those who wish to do so in their professional development.

Doctor in software engineering, El Hassane Ettifouri is today Associate and Head of the Novelis Research and Innovation Lab, where doctors and research engineers are currently working on different innovation topics: Artificial Intelligence, automation, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and NLP. It is in this sense, that he holds a double technical hat: between Smart Automation and AI on the R&D Lab side.

During his career, El Hassane has held various positions: Java developer, technical expert, architect, Technical Director, Innovation Manager.
With 11 years of experience in software design and architecture, a PhD in software engineering and Artificial Intelligence, certifications on Smart Automation reference solutions, a teaching background in engineering school and with 20 scientific publications and 20 scientific conferences to his credit, El Hassane is also the founder of the ZeroCoupling.org Framework.
