When I arrived at Novelis, I was immediately struck by the richness of the proposed model and the human qualities of the partners and the teams. Novelis is a hybrid structure halfway between a startup, a consulting firm, a software publisher and a service company. For us, innovation is not an overused term used in communication, it is really expressed on a daily basis: both in the investments made in breakthrough technologies that are also found in our customers‘ projects and, above all, through the research work carried out in our R&D laboratory.

What I love about my role as a project manager at Novelis is that it’s challenging. It’s more than just managing a single project from initialization to closure. I act as a business analyst for most of my missions, and combine that with my project management skills in order to efficiently deliver value to our clients. In both RPA or traditional IT projects, each mission is as interesting as one gets.

Since our founding, we have bet on scientific research and emerging technologies to differentiate ourselves in a highly competitive landscape. Today, we invest 1/4 of our revenue in our R&D Lab to advance research around AI. This culture of innovation allows us to bring real added value to our clients and our collaborators. To our clients, because our technological advances are directly reinjected into the projects we carry out for them and give them a head start on their competitors. To our collaborators because they have the opportunity to work on technologies that are not yet well known on the market and on which they can train and experiment.  

Our goal in designing the Novelis R&D Lab was to master the state of the art in science, i.e. the latest scientific discoveries and advances. Our ambition for tomorrow is to create a team of intelligent agents to help developers and engineers in their software development tasks and allow them to focus on high value-added actions.  

At Novelis, we want to have a foothold in the future and participate in building tomorrow’s world by investing in research on emerging technologies. Innovation is an integral part of our DNA!
