As a member of the Novelis DACH team, you will be responsible for the strategic design of our sales activities and thus support our regional growth strategy. You are the key person for the expansion and sustainable development of our sales pipeline in DACH. From the identification of potential customers, to the first contact, to the preparation of offers and the closing of contracts.
You are supported by the international marketing team and will work hand in hand with the managing director to generate new business. You manage Business Development and Sales autonomously. Your expertise and knowledge directly impacts our business’ success.
What you will do:
Achieving sales growth, and account penetration within the region.
Developing value propositions, presenting and selling Novelis’ services and portfolio.
Selling directly, and indirectly through our collaboration with our strategic partners
Managing accounts throughout the sales process, collaborating with marketing, presales, and operations to uncover all customer needs.
When required, traveling to conferences or potential customers to drive opportunities.
Presenting to customers (also on-site) and their decision makers, negotiating and closing deals.
Managing customer relationships to build trust and identify new upsell opportunities.

High proficiency in German, professional English; (any other language is a plus)
Knowledge in the areas of Process Improvement challenges, Smart automation, RPA, OCR, NLP or IA preferred.
