General responsibilities
You fully participate in defining and implementing the Marketing and Communication strategy for Novelis in France, Europe, and the US.
You are responsible for the company’s brand image and ensure the correct positioning of our expertise with our clients, prospects, candidates, partners, and media.
You manage a team of 2 people composed of a marketing/communication officer and a Master’s intern.
Your main missions:
- Implementation of the marketing and communication plan, with a goal of Lead Generation
- Management of the marketing and communication team
- Creation of marketing materials in line with our brand identity
- Management of our websites and social networks (mainly LinkedIn)
- Collaboration with the sales teams and our experts, especially for content creation (articles, infographics, videos, etc.)
- Collaboration with the recruitment/HR team to work on targeted and impactful communications, particularly on LinkedIn
- Organization of our presence at fairs and events (on-site or virtual): defining events, creating content, preparing interventions, ensuring logistics, and orchestrating everything
- Engagement of our client community: events, content, newsletters, etc.
- Implementation of internal actions to retain our employees (internal communication, events, documentation, etc.)
- Competitive monitoring
- Partner relationship management with publishers on the Marketing aspect
Required profile
- You must be bilingual in English.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with knowledge or experience in the IT field.
- You have good interpersonal skills, are dynamic, and are a true advocate for your function.
- You possess excellent communication and writing skills.
- You have experience in web marketing and website management.
- You are autonomous in the entire Marketing scope and know how to take initiatives.
- You hold a university Master’s degree or a business school degree with a focus on marketing.
- You have previous product marketing experience.
