Reporting directly to the CEO of Novelis, you will define and implement the Marketing and Communication strategy of Novelis in France and internationally. You will be responsible for the company’s brand image and ensure that our expertise is well positioned with our clients, prospects, candidates, partners and the media. You will manage a team of 3 people consisting of two project managers and a student.
Our marketing campaigns are mainly digital and often include the promotion of specific products, services or sectors of activity. To carry out your missions, you have experience in digital marketing in a B2B environment, preferably in consulting or IT.
Your missions will be the following:
Definition and implementation of the marketing and communication plan in accordance with the brand strategy and the marketing and communication strategy validated by the partners.
Management of the marketing and communication team
Management of marketing relationships with our partners, including Blue Prism, Nice and Abbyy
Implementation of Inbound Marketing strategies (content, structure, execution, performance monitoring) and digital campaigns, with a focus on lead generation (customers and candidates)
Creation of marketing materials in line with our brand identity: corporate video, brochures, goodies, roll ups…
Management of our websites and social networks (mainly LinkedIn)
Collaboration with the sales teams and our experts, especially for the creation of content (articles, infographics, videos…)
Organization of our presence at trade shows and events (on site or virtual): defining events, creating content, preparing presentations, ensuring logistics and orchestrating everything
Animation of our customer community: events, content, newsletter…
Implementation of a CRM and creation of a customer database shared and managed by the marketing and sales teams
Management of relations with the press and specialized media in France and abroad
Implementation of internal actions to build loyalty among our employees (internal communication, events, documentation…)
Monitoring of indicators and creation of reports on marketing/communication activities
A fast and simplified recruitment process in 3 steps:

You are fluent in English
You have a Master’s degree from a university or business school (preferably in marketing)
You have at least 5 years experience in B2B marketing, knowledge of consulting and IT is a plus
You have excellent communication and writing skills
You have experience in web marketing and website management
You are autonomous on the whole marketing perimeter and you can take initiatives
You have good interpersonal skills, you are dynamic and you are a true sponsor of your function
