Trium Forum – Four schools, one meeting

On Tuesday, October 19, 2021, the 30th edition of the Trium forum will be held, organized by 4 major general engineering schools:

• ENSTA
• Schools of MINES
• Ecole des Ponts
• ENSAE

ENSTA Paris is the oldest engineering school in France, founded in 1741. Today, it trains scientific and technical engineers in four major sectors: transportation, energy and the environment, mathematical engineering and complex systems engineering.

The MINES ParisTech school trains very high-level engineers, driven by innovation, research and entrepreneurship in several fields (geosciences, applied mathematics, finance…).

The Ecole des Ponts ParisTech offers a demanding education in terms of science, technology and economics and allows its students to open up to the world.

ENSAE is the only school that trains engineers specialized in economics, finance, actuarial science, statistics and data science.

All 4 train the future engineers of tomorrow in various fields ranging from civil engineering, energy, banking, insurance, auditing, consulting…

Novelis will be on site at the Parc Floral de Paris for a 100% recruitment day by offering 2 internship / pre-hiring offers:

• Design and Development Engineer
  Our research and development engineers are required to work on the implementation of new business features on the products marketed by Novelis.

As part of this internship, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in architecture and technical expertise and to be supported by experienced technical managers. Want to become a technical expert, technical project manager or project director? We offer you personalized support in your career development.

• R&D / Innovation Engineer
  Our R&D / Innovation Engineers work in our R&D Laboratory on our “Smart-programming” research program. The objective of the program is to automatically and intelligently transform a document in human language, such as specifications, into a final Web application ready for production.

You will work on innovation topics around Smart Automation (coupling AI and OCR) and on concrete customer projects. You will have the opportunity to have a real impact and even to publish your work in a scientific file. You will be able to increase your skills in Machine Learning and data analysis and become a Data Scientist or Lead Data Scientist.

Created in 1991 – 4 major schools with a research budget of 55M€ and more than 700 graduates per year – 3000 visitors – 207 companies

For its 30th edition, the Trium forum will be held in a hybrid format with the day of October 19 in person and the day of October 21 remotely, on the Seekube platform.

The main advantage of this type of format is that students will be able to register in advance on the platform, submit their CVs and make appointments with the companies that interest them. For the companies, this gives access to an extremely rich library of resumes.

This is a great opportunity for Novelis to come and exchange with this new generation of engineers who are entering the job market. Andrea Pothuon, HR Manager and El Hassane Ettifouri, CIO of Novelis will be on site to meet the students of these 4 great schools.
