They equipped its front-office agents with a new CRM tool, Salesforce (SF), to streamline the client onboarding process. This involved gathering information for transfer to the Core Banking System S2i through Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
To efficiently transfer data, three major steps were required:
Salesforce CRM facilitated these steps through CSV exports, mapping files, and PDF documents, with the RPA robot leveraging these to feed S2i and GED, generate reports for SF administrators, and share processing status and business information generated by S2i back to SF.
