PFE 2026 Tour: A Look Back at an Edition Full of Insights and Connections

The Novelis PFE 2026 tour took place throughout November and December across several institutions in the Oujda–Berkane region.

As every year, this tour gives us the opportunity to meet final-year computer engineering students and present the end-of-study internship opportunities available within our teams.

A tour across multiple schools

The 2026 edition began on November 1 at ENSA Oujda, where we kicked off this new recruitment campaign dedicated to future engineers. The tour then continued with three additional stops:

• ENIAD Berkane – November 14
• EHEI Oujda – December 6
• SUPMTI Oujda – December 6

A final session is planned at the Faculty of Sciences of Oujda to conclude the tour and meet more students interested in software engineering, automation, and AI.

Meeting tomorrow’s talent

At each stop, our technical and HR teams presented:

• the missions offered as part of the PFE internships,
• the technology environments used at Novelis,
• the career perspectives after the internship,
• and testimonials from former interns now working with us.

These meetings helped us identify motivated and curious profiles, ready to contribute to technically demanding projects, particularly in automation, AI, and process management.
